Rhonda Kay is a beautiful blue tropical water lily. The flowers stand high above the water and have several blooms at a time. This tropical is more cold hardy than most and will easily over winter in the Phoenix area. It blooms in shady areas in as little as 2 to 3 hours of sunlight. Hardy zone 7 to 11.
